Rosie Huntington-Whiteley never thought filling Megan Fox's shoes in Transformers: Dark of the Moon was going to be easy -- but she didn't think it would be quite so tough.
The model was hired to replace Fox in the third installment of the action franchise, and she was quickly informed by costar Shia LaBeouf that she wasn't there to just stand around and look pretty.
"Shia made it clear this wasn't just about becoming a movie star," Huntington-Whiteley, 25, says in the new issue of Women's Health. "The shooting schedule was going to be grueling."
And that it was. "You're in the sun all day long," the actress says, noting that it was "dirty and smelly" on set. "It was like boot camp."
Luckily for the model, health and fitness were already a part of her daily life. In addition to dating the very buff Jason Statham, 43, the British beauty is all about organic foods.
"[I'm always] thinking about the things that go into processed foods -- chemicals, additives," she says. "Sometimes you go into a supermarket and the apples are all the same size and color, but that's not what apples are supposed to look like. Go to an orchard or an organic farm, and the apples are sometimes knobby, but they taste better."
As for any rivalry between her and Fox, the Victoria's Secret model swears there's no bad blood between the two. She also says people are surprised to find out that she's not actually a stuck-up snob.
"People always tell me, 'Gosh, you're so nice!'" she says. "Like they expect me to be a huge b*tch!"
